Hours are: Monday thru Thursday but any Overtime is worked on Fridays (and even some Saturdays).

Day Shift 5:30 am – 4:00 pm (no 2nd shift available)

*OT is worked on Fridays when OT is available.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

-Operate production equipment as assigned by Team Leader.

-Perform quality checks as required in the product process.

-Perform preventative maintenance as required.

-Perform pre-operation checks on machines and equipment.

-Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

-Observe and follow all safety and security procedures.

-Offer feedback and input for safety, quality, and process improvements.

-Present / conduct self in a professional manner (treating your teammates with dignity and respect).

-Contribute to building a positive team spirit.

-Track and maintain daily Morning Market data/results.

SUPERVISOR RESPONSIBILITY

This position has no supervisory responsibilities and reports to the Team Leader.

Requirements

WORK ENVIRONMENT

The employee is frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. May occasionally work in hot or cold temperatures. May occasionally walk on slippery or uneven surfaces.

QUALIFICATIONS

-Preferred: high school diploma or G.E.D. but not required.

-Must be a team player.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

-Prolonged periods of standing and performing repetitive tasks.

-Must be able to lift up to 32 pounds at a time.

-Must have manual dexterity in order to assemble products or machines as directed.

-Must have excellent hand-eye coordination.

-Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components.

-Must wear gloves, safety glasses, safety shoes, and ear protection, per the Elemental Operations Instructions Safety Points.
