We are looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and creative person to run our production and Print department in Stuart, Florida? Are you up for a challenge, eager to learn, and looking to join one of the oldest franchises in the group?

This full-time position is to ensure all printing and production is done efficiently and in a timely manner, supervise and manage the production department and employees. Must have some Graphic Design experience as well. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of professional experience in a sign production position or a combination of management and hands-on Sign Production experience, possess the passion and energy to work independently and collaborate with others. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure files are production ready (Must have pre press experince), print and produce signs and supervise staff.

PRODUCTION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate EPSON 60600 printer, Summa Plotter, DCS 1800 Flat Bed and to maintain as required.
• Need to have Exceptional attention to detail.
• Prioritize each day to efficiently and cost-effectively schedule the workflow.
• Perform quality checks on all jobs produced in-house or of vended products.
• Must be able to load and unload rolls of material for printer.
• Capable of multi-tasking and be able to work on numerous projects simultaneously.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have good computer skills, supervisory experience, a minimum of 2 - 3 years of signs and digital printing experience. Graphic Design is not a must but will be considered.
• Must have skills in Flexi and some experience with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION

$23.00 - $28.00/ hour & Benefits depending upon experience and skills

• PAID vacation days following 1 year of full time employment
• Paid training by UFG trainers.
• 401k following 1 year of full-time employment
• Paid Sick days following 1 year of employment.
