Title: Product Marketing Analyst Location: Uhlhorn St.
Salary Type: Salary
This is a Monday-Friday, day shift, office position. Overtime may be required.

Basic Function:
Product Marketing Analyst is responsible for managing product portfolio, demand forecast, and business strategy.

Essential Functions:

• Create and maintain product codes, BOM, and routings in SAP
• Analyze actual and future labor, material, freight, warehouse, and overhead cost against standard/budget. Research and explain variances. Update standards.
• Interface with Production Managers to ensure production data accuracy
• Salesforce Administrator and user trainer
• Manage data within Stage gate development opportunities
• Forecast sales, raw material COGS, and provide gap analyses
• Actively conduct bidding and assist in negotiations
• Quantitative data analysis and research of global market trends
• Create Cost Benefit Analyses
• Support Sales team with data analysis
• Identify cost reduction opportunities
• Customer portal administrator
• Administer and report on customer surveys and email blasts
• Maintain product specification cross references for internal team
• Create sales data analyses
• Negotiate sales software contracts (Salesforce, AFS, and Survey tool)
• Perform raw material cost analysis and management of the data
• Provide Production Management Team monthly gallon projections.

Skills / Competencies:

• Math/Data analysis skills required
• Data Mining
• Understanding of accounting/finance preferred
• Automotive background preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office, specifically MS excel (vlookup and Pivot Tables), and preferably SAP

Education:
Bachelor's degree

• Work Environment: Work involves exposure in manufacturing facility, exposure to noise from office equipment and telephones, and using office equipment including telephone, fax, computer, etc.
