What you will enjoy doing

• In this role you will set the direction for the product aligned to the business vision
• Further you will drive and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency, drive product goals/shared objectives, and continuously improve product management across the product value chain
• Lead the development teams and promote design thinking, agile and lean workstyle to create MVPs within the product
• You will utilize project management tools and techniques to plan and execute product programs with detailed scope of work, schedule, and budgets
• Support our sales colleagues during technical discussions with customers, e.g., answering detailed questions about our products and their capabilities

What makes you great

• You have a Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other applicable field of study
• Experience as product manager, product owner or project management in a cross-functional environment is a plus, preferably in the field of process plant engineering is required for this role
• Passion for working on complex technical tasks, analyzing multiple facets critically and in detail
• Moreover you are well-structured, self-motivated and have an open and innovative attitude
• Being able to convincingly communicate to stakeholders throughout the organization and having strong collaboration and leadership skills is needed for this role
• Business fluency in German and English is required for this role
