We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our growing team. As a Product Manager, you will work closely with our President, CTO, Director of Client Success and their respective teams to develop and execute on product strategy. You will be responsible for defining and prioritizing features, conducting market research, and ensuring that our product roadmap aligns with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers, market trends, competitive landscape and industry best practices.
- Develop product roadmaps and prioritize features based on customer feedback, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success, to ensure successful product delivery.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and usability testing to inform product decisions and iterate on the product roadmap.
- Define product requirements and user stories, and work closely with the development team to ensure they are implemented correctly.
- Create, develop and execute the strategy on how we’re going to be a leader of AI in our space.
- Analyze product usage data to identify areas for improvement and inform product roadmap decisions.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, demos, in-app guided tours, release notes, training documentation, and FAQs so that customers and staff understand how to use and are excited to use the product.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, such as usage, engagement, and retention, and use data to inform product decisions and optimizations.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of product management experience in a SaaS company.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- UI Wireframing (Balsamic or similar tool)
Pay and Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000-$125,000
- Bonus opportunity: 20% of base salary
- Medical Benefits: $0 in premium deducted from your paycheck for full health insurance; Max Out of Pocket Deductible: $2,100 (single)/$5,200 (family)
- PTO: 2 weeks PTO on year one + nine paid holidays.
- Workstation: Macbook, second monitor, keyboard and mouse are provided.
- Phone: $60 per month phone stipend. Google Voice App and dedicated work number.
- 401K Match: 50% match up to 5%
