Our offer
In this role, your overall goal will be to grow our Global Compact Equipment business through product management & product marketing activities. You will work closely with the Compact Equipment Business Development Manager and with OEM's amongst others.
- Generate Market & Customer insights & foresight, in collaboration with Compact Equipment Business Development Manager and Customer Centers
- Maintain/ develop Product Portfolio Strategy, Product Roadmaps, Business Cases working with OEM's and cross-functional teams
- Run Product Portfolio related projects in collaboration with various parties including OEM's
- Interact with operations team on matters related to supplier & customer forecast, level planning
- Create content for marketing material like brochures, and presentations in collaboration with Compact Equipment Business Development Manager & Communications team
- Run various market & product initiatives in close cooperation with Dynapac CCs & business units to achieve various KPI's including Revenue and CGP
- Support promotional events, campaigns, exhibitions by working with Compact Equipment with Business Development Manager
- Support our Customer Centers through product trainings
- Support Compact Equipment Business Development Manager in responding promptly to queries from Customer Centers
About you
Experience requirements & Knowledge
- Bachelor or equivalent either in Mechanical (Maschinenbau) / Mechanical Data Science (Maschinenbauinformatik), Information Technology, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen or Business Administration (BWL)
- Strong technical background to understand the complexities of Asphalt Business and products
- Experience in Construction industry is a major asset
- Experience in OEM management
- Experience in Digitalization and Automation
- Experience in Design Thinking or Customer centered design
- Ability to cooperate with customers and stakeholders at different levels
- Proven business and results oriented background
- Excellent communicator, fluency in English is an asset
