The Headlines:
In the role of Procurement Analyst, COE - Ariba System Support working in Milwaukee you will be part of the Procurement team. The Analyst, Procurement Center of Excellence Ariba System Support role is responsible for the day-to-day efforts to enable and transact business on the Ariba Network through supplier enablement and catalog management. This includes but is not limited to coordinating the onboarding, training, and testing of new suppliers, coordinating catalog requests, and working closely with cross functional teams to champion supplier and stakeholder participation and compliance.

This position requires expertise in all Ariba applications including Buying and Invoicing, Contract Management, and Sourcing, and is responsible for supporting Molson Coors Procurement teams globally as needed.

The Responsibilities:
  • Work with cross functional teams to initiate catalog and supplier enablement growth within Ariba. This includes but is not limited to working directly with internal and external customers to coordinate and facilitate the registration, planning, onboarding, training, testing and ongoing support of suppliers
  • Serve as internal and external customers point of contact for assistance in solving technical, tactical, and training issues
  • Complete day-to-day tasks associated with supplier enablement and catalog implementation. Coordinate with supplier support resources to resolve supplier issues
  • Provide training and support to suppliers as required and conduct testing to ensure catalogs are functioning as designed to support MCBC’s purchasing process and catalog strategy
  • Coordinate overall system administration including but not limited to issue resolution, metrics, training, system maintenance, adoption, access and policy adherence.

The Other Qualifications:
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (2+ years) in the field of Procurement
  • You have procurement process or technology certifications
  • You have strong customer service, critical thinking and communication skills
  • You have experience with procurement technology applications
  • You have knowledge of or experience with Ariba Applications and SAP Enterprise software
  • You love a challenge
  • You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
  • You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
