Overview
Job Responsibilities:
Identify project requirements, scope, delivery timelines, and costs
Develop detailed project plans based on scope and requirements
Monitor project execution to ensure timely delivery
Prepare and report status updates
Revise project plans when requirements or scope change
Identify risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate for timely resolution
Manage project dependencies proactively
Track and report on project financials
Manage communication with all stakeholders
Develop treasury risk expertise for effectively managing project execution, monitoring, reporting, and communicating with all stakeholders
Write updates in non-technical terms suitable for senior management consumption
Assist with senior management and regulatory inquiries
Create ad-hoc dashboards and participate on special projects as needed
Provide leadership, coordination and support for Risk and Compliance reporting activities, as required
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
10-15 years’ experience preferred. Experience in risk management, finance and technology preferred.
Comprehensive understanding of various risk types and a strong understanding of risks and controls; knowledge of risk exposure metrics is preferrable
Ability to prioritize and succeed in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Strong organizational skills and a keen aptitude for detail
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with various business / functions and build relationships at all levels
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Experience working with global teams desirable
