GERNERAL SUMMARY:

The Pricing and Valuations Analyst will be responsible for supporting the development and management of the Pricing Strategies and Valuations for the Unsecured Personal Loans product. Under supervision of the Credit Strategy Manager, the Pricing and Valuations Analyst will assist in building, managing, and implementing pricing strategies — including testing strategy and related valuations. The Pricing and Valuations Analyst will collaborate closely with cross functional partners across Marketing, Product, Technology and Operations to shape and contribute to the profitable growth of the product. In addition, the Pricing and Valuations Analyst will assist with ensuring internal controls documentation is maintained complete and accurate. The Pricing and Valuations Analyst must use domain knowledge and data driven recommendations to drive profitable growth for the organization.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop data driven pricing strategies by developing a test and learning agenda.
  • Make compelling recommendations based on sound valuation principles and cost benefit analysis.
  • Develop policy and procedures for pricing execution, including controls to ensure intended execution of strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing, Product, Operations and Technology teams to ensure smooth execution and all key control requirements are met.
  • Develop analytical reports to track pricing KRI's and present insights to senior management.
  • Develop a robust testing agenda to help optimize and expand the business.
  • Partner with data science team to explore innovative approaches, tools, and data sources to support improvements to the pricing strategies.
  • Analyze credit bureau data to identify and derive segmentation for pricing to improve core performance metrics.
  • Work with the modeling team to build valuations models and support NPV-based decision making.
  • Ensure that all pricing strategies align with Firms financial objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and requirements for all assigned responsibilities.
