Have an initial meeting with insides sales team and account team to discuss best ways to support accounts- Get list of your renewals monthly from your partner team and upload them on MS teams
- Proactively work on each of these renewals and track progress in status notes in MS teams
- Use all resources available to reach out to vendors for renewal quote. This includes contact information from last year’s order, using MYSHI and our internal resources, and looking up information on-line to find correct contacts for each vendor.
- Communicate regularly with inside sales team providing updates on progress of renewals
- Keep an active list of partner renewals that we cannot assist with and communicate that information with account team
- Quote and upsell renewals as they come into the renewal window
- Prospect for Enterprise license opportunities through evaluation of partner and company data
- Collaborate with the company’s sales team to ensure renewals book on time through various methods
- Notify sales of added license seats, overdue seat licenses and create prorated quotes -
- Conveying partner information to the company and including understanding partner licensing platforms
- Maintain partner renewal pipeline tracking open deals and communicate regularly with the Partner, distribution, and sales teams to ensure forecast accuracy
- Manage necessary reporting for your partner
- Engage with partner sales teams to build and maintain relationships while driving key initiatives
- Keep current on all partner trainings, programs, program changes, and products this includes self-guidance
- Utilize and help sales utilize and take advantage of the Apps.shi.com Renewal tool
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
- Minimum 1 year of business office experience, Inside/outside sales experience or Partner Sales Support experience preferred
- A strong, dedicated work ethic focusing on the willingness to provide world class support
- Experience working with software licensing
- Excellent or organization & time management skills
- Proven Communication both Written & Verbal
- Ability to build and maintain relationships and collaborate on initiatives
- Able to drive key initiatives
- Ability to manage, run and distribute reports
- Strong Problem Solving & Conflict Resolution skills
- Comfortable in evangelizing and promoting partner brand to the company
- Able to be confident in upselling partner renewals
- Ability to meet and exceed partner business objectives
- Able to respond to requests in a timely manor
- Ability to field questions into the right hands ensuring answers
- Strong proactive sales ability to upsell renewals
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
- A strong, dedicated work ethic focusing on the willingness to provide world class support
- Ability to multitask - effectively balance short-term and long-term priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Proficiency in working with business systems (AX, Salescenter, internal portals)
- Ability to communicate comfortably and professionally with a wide variety of internal and external resources/contacts
- Able to articulate, position and make recommendations based on a customer needs and usage scenarios
- Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands while ensuring customer and partner needs are met
- Ability to recognize and effectively pursue upsell opportunities
- Ability to effectively work in business applications such as Microsoft Office, SharePoint, CRM (Customer Resources Management) CRM, BI Business Intelligent
- Ability to “Own It” mentality
- Required Partners’ Certifications must be maintained during employment if applicable
- Position requires no more than 10% of travel
- Extended hours are required to complete some special projects
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $45,000 - $80,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
