Position Summary

The prep cook will work early mornings and independently to complete a specific list of recipes required to execute our menu. They are responsible for following the standardized recipes to preserve excellence in quality, temperature and appearance in the final product while minimizing loss and waste.

Minimum Requirements

Ideal candidates will be ServSafe Certified. They should have a basic understanding of workplace safety; basic food handling techniques, preparation and cooking procedures. Prep cooks should be a self starter and able to work quickly and efficiently. under pressure. Although we offer a flexible schedule, weekends and some holidays are required
