Morgan & Morgan, P.A. is seeking a lawyer to serve as Pre-Suit Operations Manager in our office in Alpharetta, GA.
Responsibilities
- Day-to-day management of all pre-litigation attorneys in region.
- Guide clients through the case process
- Complete TD approval for liability issues
- Oversee settlement negotiations and the formation of demand packages
- Manage the release approval process
- Manage a team of 5-6 Attorneys
- Focus on Personal injury cases, primarily automotive
- Drive compliance and KPIs amongst team
- EUOs, PIP Statements, recorded statements
Requirements
- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- An active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- 5+ years of personal injury experience
- Ability to manage high volume of pre-lit cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
This role reports to the Senior Director, Pre-Suit Operations
