Summary:

• Maintains accurate and on-time reports and records relative to the sales department’s operation within the dealership.
• Assures that all customers are greeted promptly.
• Follows up with potential customers on sales deals.
• Establishes and maintains excellent customer rapport and provides outstanding customer service.
• Conducts him/herself professionally at all times.

Essential Functions:

• Treats customers fairly and with honesty, and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices.
• Ensure a clean and safe work area.
• Safely operate all equipment sold by the dealership and follow all safety rules in performing work assignments.
• Updates sales records and files using dealership’s computerized information system.
• Reports to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• One to two years experience working in a the sales field desired.
• Ability to write and work on routine reports and correspondence.
• Knowledge and experience of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles is desired.
• The drive to learn or passion for powersports is desired.
• Experience with computerized information systems; knowledge of Lightspeed EVO or similar power sports dealer management software is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.

A valid WI driver’s license is required; a motorcycle endorsement is desirable. A high school diploma or its equivalent is required. Hours are Tuesday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM; Saturday, 9 AM to 3 PM.
