The Power Platform Developer (Senior Information Technology Systems Specialist) is a key role within the Water Services Department with the responsibility of working with the technical and functional teams. The responsibilities for this position will include the development efforts to support Water Services, which includes functions in Power App and Power Automate. This role requires a thorough understanding of the SharePoint platform, development lifecycle, and procedures. In addition, the role requires capability in requirements gathering, design of technical specifications for development, development of new features, and adherence to change management. The Power Platform Developer will set up and manage all the sites for the department. This includes using Microsoft products to enable online collaboration, provide shared file storage, and develop new features within the framework. The Power Platform Developer will also be required to configure components to deliver business needs.

- Power App development.
- Power Automate development.
- SharePoint Online administration.
- Ability to:
- Analyze complex procedures and provide feedback for improvements.
- Support the Microsoft ecosystem for better customer experience and value creation.
- Work with business users to translate requirements into technical design and solutions.
- Work in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
SALARY
$74,630.40 - $113,588.80 annually. Candidates may be hired up to $113,588.80 depending upon qualifications.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Two years of experience as an Information Technology Systems Specialist involving database management and on-line telecommunications.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, or a related field.
- Other combinations of experience and education that meet the minimum requirements may be substituted.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
The minimum qualifications listed above, plus:
- Certifications in specialized IT fields.
- Software development experience.
- SharePoint Online administration experience.
- Experience developing integrations within Microsoft platform.
- Experience working in a large-scale environment and leading technical staff and projects.
- Experience with business users to translate requirements into technical design and solutions.
- Experience in collaboration with business and technical teams in system development lifecycle.
- Professional level experience providing technical support for system infrastructure and/or software.
