Community Association Manager, Portfolio

Are you a customer service-oriented individual with managerial experience? Do you have exceptional communication skills that enable you to effectively communicate with Board Members, Vendors, Owners, and City Officials? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to manage a portfolio of Homeowner Associations. As the Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper and prudent management and maintenance of the community in accordance with the association's governing documents.

In this role, you will perform property reviews to identify issues, provide necessary maintenance and/or repair service requests, and follow up to ensure the work has been completed. You will inspect and help resolve rules non-compliance matters. You will prepare agendas, Board meeting packets, and attend Board Meetings, which may require evening attendance. Timely replies to Board, Committee and Homeowner requests is your recognized standard. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

If you possess exceptional customer service, communication and leadership skills as demonstrated by prior experience, we encourage you to apply. If you have at least one year of prior homeowner association management experience, and a CMCA or CCAM certification this is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Managers work remotely from their homes, will be required to come into the office 1 to 2 times per month to meet with Supervisor.
