People Incorporated of Virginia Financial Services seeks a Portfolio Manager. The Portfolio Manager will oversee the management of loan portfolios to ensure continued quality and ongoing risk management. Conduct collection activity for delinquencies for all loan programs including, but not limited to, Business Loan, Consumer Loan, Ninth District Development, and People Incorporated Financial Services; maximize asset recovery as needed; facilitate completion of portfolio-related legal documents and address court related issues for all loan programs.

Applicants should have one to three years in Credit Management and/or Lending/Collections experience. An undergraduate degree in Business Management and/or similar degree and/or appropriate training is preferred. Applicants must have current knowledge of collection law and collection practices. Computer skills and experience are required. This position requires some travel, occasionally overnight, a valid driver’s license, and a good driving record.
