Job description
We are looking for an experienced Pool Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and pool safety, and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the pool. This includes supervising staff, ensuring the pool is clean and safe, enforcing pool rules, and providing customer service. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling lifeguards, maintaining records, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor the pool area to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations.
- Maintain the pool equipment and chemicals.
- Provide customer service to guests.
- Train and supervise lifeguards.
- Perform daily maintenance tasks such as cleaning and checking chemical levels.
- Schedule and coordinate pool activities and events.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour
