2nd shift Monday -Thursday 4:00 PM -2:30 AM

Possibility of some overtime on Fridays

$17 per hour to start plus $1.00 shift differential

$2,000 Hiring Bonus (paid out after 90 days)

What You Will Do In Your Role

• Assist in making chemical adds and/or monitoring plating solutions that require careful and accurate following of procedures.
  
• Ability to assess, analyzes, and troubleshoots mechanical problems to maintain production on reel-to-reel strip plating equipment.
  
• Monitor the quality of parts produced by performing visual inspections to identify defects in parts. Must be able to effectively use measuring devices such as calipers and crush test gaging.
  
• Maintain safe operating procedures as it applies to areas of operation.

Requirements:

• Able to use the necessary quality tools as it relates to this position.
• Ability to operate safely in a fast-paced work environment.
• Able to work independently with limited supervision, as well as with others.
• Able to lift & transport up to 50 pounds & stand throughout the duration of the shift.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Experience in a Manufacturing environment
• Prior plating operation experience desirable
  
• Working knowledge of SAP
