We are looking for a results driven Pizzeria store manager for our growing company. Individual will be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in fast casual/ quick service hospitality operations , employee recruitment, and high volume cooking experience with the ability to multi task.. We are looking for someone to join our Team as a store manager within our portfolio of small and large successful businesses . You will have your own store, and report directly to ownership and be part of a successful management team .If you are looking for your own store and have a sense of urgency and will not accept " It's okay", come talk to us!
Responsibilities
- Develop marketing plans to increase customer traffic and optimize profitability
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual cleanliness of store
- Understand labor budgets and payroll costs and scheduling to budget.
- Ability to consistently prepare and train staff to consistently prepare our food products to company standards.
- Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.) and try to rectify these issues.
- Be a shining example of well behavior and high performance. Be the one that walks the walk, not only talks the talk.

- Take Inventory and enter into POS and deliver a weekly food cost.
- Order all food, beverages and paper supplies for store.
- Impellent procedures that make this store more profitable without compromising customer satisfaction.
- Be the leader, The one that everyone working in the store looks to for answers.
Skills
- Proven successful experience as a Hospitality/ food service manager, or ready to take the next step into higher level management and have your own store.
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,900.00 - $45,000.00 per year
