With the need for contactless delivery on the rise, we provide a fast and easy service to get materials where they need to be same day! Through the app, you will be able to see, accept or decline deliveries in your area. With deliveries available throughout the day, your income is up to you! Please read and follow the instructions below! We are happy to have you as part of the team.

WELCOME TO PAYELOAD-

We are excited to have you as part of our team. Please read through the information below and continue accordingly:

STEPS TO BE A DRIVER:

1. Register at WWW.PAYELOAD.COM Click the DRIVER SIGNUP tab on the home page. Complete all necessary information.

2. Complete your STRIPE set up. This is how you get paid. There will be a link on your driver dashboard when you finish your registration.

3. After you complete your registration, you will automatically be emailed a link from CHECKR. This is for your background check. You CANNOT be a driver or receive deliveries without your background check being cleared.

HOW TO USE THE APP:

1. Once you have finished all 3 steps to become a driver, you need to download the PAYELOAD DRIVER APP in the App store or Google Play.

2. Log into the APP using the same credentials you registered with when you signed up.

3. On the home screen, make sure you are marked as “AVAILABLE”. You do this by clicking the “GO AVAILABLE” button in the Driver Status box.

4. This is where you will see available deliveries. All the delivery information you need will be on this page.

5. When a delivery pops up on your dashboard, you click it to see the delivery information. If you would like to accept it; click ACCEPT at the bottom of the screen.

6. Should you choose to pass on the delivery, you may hit DECLINE. If you do not accept or decline, the delivery will go to the next driver and disappear from your dashboard.

7. After accepting the delivery, Click the name of the PICK UP destination. This will pull up your maps and start your navigation.

8. When you arrive to the pickup and have received the material, click the EN ROUTE button on the bottom of the app. This notifies the customer the material is on its way to them and will move your delivery through the queue.

9. MAKE SURE YOU RECEIVE PAPERWORK (A BOL) FOR YOUR DELIVERY... YOU WILL NEED IT IN ORDER TOGET PAID.

10. Click the name of the DROP OFF location. Again, this will start your navigation to the delivery location.

HOW TO CLOSE OUT A DELIVERY:

1. BE SURE TO HAVE THE CUSTOMER SIGN YOUR BOL PAPERWORK!

2. Click the DELIVERED button on the bottom of the app. You will have an option to TAKE A PHOTO or USE EXISTING PHOTO. Click take a photo and snap a shot of the SIGNED BOL.

3. Your photo MUST show the order number, the signature of the customer and all 4 edges of the delivery paper to ensure we can see all needed information. AND MUST BE A CLEAR PHOTO.

** ANY ILLEDGABLE BOL MAY DELAY PAYMENT ON A DELIVERY**

**DO NOT TAKE A PHOTO PF THE MATERIAL FOR THIS PHOTO. IT MUST BE A PHOTO OF THE BOL GIVEN TO YOU AT TIME OF PICK UP**

4. There is a spot for the name of the signee. Fill in the name and click delivered. CONGRATULATIONS, YOUR DELIVERY IS FINISHED!

PAYMENT INFORMATION:

1. You get paid from a third-party service called STRIPE.

2. Expect your first payout to be 7-10 days from your first delivery. Stripe needs time to process the first few deliveries on your account.

3. Payeload pays into Stripe after each delivery and Stripe then transfers the money into your Stripe account and then into your linked bank account.

4. You will be able to see all your balance information and payouts from your Stripe account.

5. Your Stripe account is different from your Payeload driver account.

*Any questions or concerns regarding transfers to your ban will need to be directed to Stripe *

WRONG BOL INFORMATION/WRONG PAY INFORMATION:

1. In the instance you are given a BOL with the wrong information

a. Ask the store representative to correct the BOL.

b. If you are already gone and the issue cannot wait, wrong address, wrong phone number etc... contact your Driving Coordinator.

c. If the issue can wait, make the corrections on the BOL with a pen, complete the DELIVER ISSUE form available on our website and email it to DELIVERISSUE@PAYELOAD,COM you will hear back within 72 hours with a decision. This allows Payeload to contact the store and confirm the correct information whether it be an information issue or a pay issue.

ATTIRE GUIDELINES:

1. We expect all drivers to show up ready to work in clean, hole free clothing. Please show up looking casual, yet professional. Jeans, a hole free shirt (no inappropriate language or graphics please) and closed toe shoes is sufficient (boots recommended).
