About the Opportunity
Reporting to the Manager, Physician Recruitment, the Physician Recruitment Program Lead oversees the coordination of physician recruitment programs including the Practice Readiness Assessment Program (PRAP), coordinate recruitment conferences/events, and supports the development and execution of a marketing/advertising strategy related to recruitment activities.
Alongside program management, this work involves building email marketing, social media, and content strategies with a high focus on collaboration with local communities, physicians, and peers. The Lead will work closely with a team of 12 recruitment professionals and administrative staff. The lead role will also involve regular evaluation and preparation of reports for a variety of audiences: physicians, NSH Board of Directors and Executive teams and the general public.
The Physician Recruitment Program Lead exercises good judgment, initiative, accuracy, speed and knowledge, organizational and problem-solving skills; functions as primary point of contact for recruitment programs and events. Also, provides additional support to individuals, committees and working groups as assigned.
Physician Recruitment Program Lead provides general administrative coverage in the absence of other administrative support staff within the team.
About You
We would love to hear from you if you have the following:
Minimum undergraduate degree in relevant area, A mix of education and experience will be considered- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a program or marketing position required
- Project/program management education an asset
- Marketing/Advertising education an asset
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study: Marketing, Advertising, Business, Design, Communications or other
- Experience/education in marketing/communications would be considered an asset
- Certification in digital marketing, inbound marketing, social media advertising, graphic design, Google Analytics or other relevant areas an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (listening, written, verbal), with the ability to communicate professionally with all levels of staff and the public demonstrating a high degree of tact, judgement and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking, synthesize information, problem-solve and utilize good judgement in decision making. Ability to recognize sensitive issues and respond appropriately
- Excellent organizational, follow-through and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and accurately management multiple priorities in a fast-paced, time-sensitive and highly confidential environment
- Ability to take and transcribe minutes and to work independently as well as part of a team
- Demonstrated accountability, initiative, and ability to work independently
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
- Demonstrated good attendance in current and past employment
- Exemplary work history as demonstrated in current and past employment
- Competencies in other languages an asset, French preferred

Hours
- Permanent, Full-time position, 75 hrs bi-weekly
Compensation and Incentives
$28.05 - $35.06 Hourly
