Hospice Physician in the incredible Northern Maine Woods

Northern Light Home Care and Hospice is seeking a full-time, hospice physician for the Aroostook County area in Northern Maine. The right candidate would provide excellent and compassionate care to hospice patients, with a mixture of visits at the Aroostook House of Comfort in Presque Isle, Maine, and remote visits and consultations for the region. There is a high level of schedule flexibility, some weekends and holidays included. Here at HCH, we actively assist clients and families to achieve their highest level of personal health and independence. The focus would be on clarification of patient and family goals of care, patient safety, appropriate coordination of care and patient self-management opportunities, all while delivering professional, high-quality care.
