Job Summary and Qualifications

• As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will be responsible for providing therapeutic intervention, education, and recommendations to acute care and outpatients under the direction of a Physical Therapist
• You will organize and implement physical therapy programs to restore function and prevent disability following disease, surgery or illness
• You will collaborate effectively with all members of the rehabilitation team within the rehabilitation unit.
• You will show proficiency in acute care and outpatient services.
• As a PTA, you will support interdepartmental performance-improvement/customer satisfaction activities.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (LPTA)
• Certificate

This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
