Jefferson Healthcare (www.jeffersonhealthcare.org) is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to join our fully accredited Home Health program. In Home Health, we are providing comfort and support to keep our patients at home, comfortable, and out of the hospital. Out Physical Therapist directs and assists patients in a program of strength and flexibility exercises, muscle re-education, transfers, balance training, gait training, pain relief and orthotic/prosthetic use.

Required:

• Current Physical Therapist, WA State license in good standing
• BLS certification, active prior to start
• Graduate of an approved PT program with a BS PT, MPT, MS PT or DPT
• Valid Washington State driver's license and proof of auto insurance

Preferredd:

• Two years' experience in outpatient setting, and/or one year inpatient or SNF, preferred
• Experience in wound care preferred

Schedule: 0.6 FTE; 24 hours/week; Day shift
