Are you an experienced rehabilitation therapist who is highly motivated to step outside of the traditional medical model of physical therapy to provide holistic health practices based on a person's goals vs what insurance authorizes? Morpheus Wellness is hiring a Wellness Coach for Carrollwood area to provide one-on-one direct health and wellness care to our clients in their homes to help each client reach their goals. Our objective is to offer tailored alternatives to those clients who are limited in the skilled rehabilitation care they can receive and who want to enhance their wellness, return to their best level of functional living after a life-changing medical event, or maintain a proactive approach with chronic progressive neurological disorders.

Qualifications:

• At least three years of clinical experience as a licensed rehabilitation therapist, including at least one year working in home health and experience with hospice care.
• Knowledge and experience using holistic strategies to heal the mind and body.
• Desire to create and maintain a friendly, confident, open, and effective communication feedback loop between clients, Morpheus Wellness coaches, families, and ancillary healthcare providers.
• Passion to use personal strengths, insight, and drive to be able to identify solutions to eliminate client barriers while motivating and encouraging clients towards better health and wellness.
• Ability to provide clients varying levels of physical assist and training on use of various forms of technology, medical equipment, environmental strategies to improve a client’s physical performance in their home.

Morpheus Wellness provides wellness coaching services for a fee and has no affiliations with medical insurance companies. Our coaches have the autonomy to schedule and provide care that truly improves the lives of each client by combining personal experience and innate creativity.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
