SportsFit Physical Therapy Corporation

SportsFit is the leading orthopedic and sports physical therapy clinic with three locations in Santa Monica, West Los Angeles, and Marina del Rey areas.

At SportsFit our staff consists of doctors of physical therapy, certified Pilates instructors, certified massage therapists, certified yoga therapists, and physical therapy assistants. Our team utilizes a combination of hands on manual therapy treatments, therapeutic exercises, Pilates, yoga, massage therapy, and therapeutic modalities, in order to create a comprehensive and holistic, treatment plan for our clients. We are now expanding and looking for new talent to join our team. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to work in our physical therapy clinic.

This position is a Full time position with highly competitive salary and benefits package including holiday and vacation pay, group health insurance, 401K with 3% contribution (after 12 months of employment), and more. Primary Responsibilities:

• Application of physical therapy modalities
• Supervision of patients with exercise New patient paperwork, and tour of the facility
• Obtaining prescription renewals Managing active patients Office maintenance and organization

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience as a physical therapy aide. Applicant without experience will not be considered for this position
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Excellent time management skills is a must
• Basic knowledge of human anatomy
• Understanding and familiarity with therapeutic exercises
• Familiarity with physical therapy modalities including ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc.
• Must have current CPR certificate
• Personal training certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
