Monday-Friday schedule during in-person training at client site in
Roy, UT. Can be home based job after completing 90 day training
period! Can be part (30 hours) or full time (40 hours). Raises every 3
months! Opportunities to grow in a large organization once hired on.

PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP DETAILS:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $14.00 to $17.00 /hour
• Full Time and Part Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift (Monday through Saturday from 08:00am to 08:00pm)
• Training is 8:30a-5:00p full time, or 8:30a-3:00p part time Mon-Fri
• After training, will need to work alternating Saturdays and 2 late

shifts/week (getting off at 7 or 8pm)

• Taking calls from members and helping to resolve issues and answer

various questions regarding accounts

• Work well with other departments as needed to provide the necessary

information and solutions to callers

PHONE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Previous customer service experience, financial or phone based

experience preferred

• Ability to understand and clearly communicate policies and

information to members

• Office dress work environment
• Able to work well both individually and in a team based environment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
• A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being

employed. You will be required to complete and submit a questionnaire.
