Pay
- $20,000 - $150,000 over 4-5 months
- Our season is from May to typically August
- $2,000 bonus for hitting 150 sales
- Paid Vacation for 250 sales
- 4% commission bonus for recruiting 2 people as sales reps for the summer.

Responsibilities
The Seasonal Pest Control Sales Representative will be responsible for going door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods and signing people up for our pest control services. This role will be responsible for meeting assigned sales quotas while maintaining a positive relationship with potential customers. Our trucks will be servicing current customers in the same area, allowing for a strong brand presence in the community. Essential duties and responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- Go door-to-door in assigned neighborhoods to sell our pest control services
- Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers
- Educate customers on the benefits of our services and provide excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions
- Attend regular training and meetings to stay up-to-date on the latest pest control techniques and products
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies
- Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales processes and strategies
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Previous sales and customer relations experience is preferred, not required- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions
- Must be able to walk and stand for long periods of time as needed
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Clean background check
- Able to pass a drug testing
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
