Established, Danbury, CT insurance agency looking for an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager. Must have at least 5 years' experience in personal lines insurance. Must have experience in all aspects of personal insurance account management.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with multiple lines of personal insurance (incl. Homeowners, Tenants, Dwelling Fire, Vacant Home, Auto, Umbrella, Boat, RV)
• Ability to manage an established book of business comprised of both small and large premium policies
• Experience with various insurance carriers and their products, incl. The Hartford, Travelers, Vermont Mutual, Providence Mutual, Andover, Hanover, National General, Progressive, Main Street America, Chubb, and Safeco
• Knowledge and familiarity with the Private Flood Marketplace
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with both clients and carriers
• Ability to handle new and renewal quoting/delivery, as well as day-to-day CSR processes such as policy changes, certificates, claims, etc.
• Ability to review insurance policies for inaccuracies
• Ability to handle customer inquiries and requests via phone and email on a daily basis, incl. billing and renewal remarketing questions
• Experience documenting and updating client records within our agency management system (Applied Epic)
• Ability to educate clients on insurance needs and specifics

Requirements:

• Must hold an active P&C insurance license
• 5 years' personal lines account management experience
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to work independently and with team members
• Established knowledge of insurance, risk management, and claims

Preferred:

• Experience with Applied TAM/Epic systems, or AMS 360
• Spanish/Portuguese Language Skills
• Professional insurance designations

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
