Personal injury law firm in Culver City is looking for associate attorneys.

Our firm has been handling personal injury cases for the past 12 years. We are a client-oriented law firm that believes in communication as a cornerstone of our success. The main qualification of a successful candidate is an ability and willingness to effectively communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, defense attorneys, and co-workers.

What is required: good standing with California Bar Association.

Responsibilities include:

- Gather information, evidence, and documentation, including medical records and bills, loss of earnings documentation to help build up a case;

- Review medical records and bills in order to write a complete demand for each client;

- Send demands to insurance companies and negotiate claims with adjusters;

- Review settlement releases as to proper format and language;

- Prepare small claims documents on a case by case basis;

- Prepare minor's compromise packets when necessary;

- Provide case updates to clients.

This is a full-time, salaried position, that is available now. You will be joining a law firm with a friendly office environment and plenty of opportunities for growth.

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
