Family is looking to hire a personal/executive assistant to support the Mrs in her residence - personal affairs. Position is located in Miami Beach, FL. Schedule is Full Time 5 days per week, 8 hours per day (11am to 7pm ideally) with flexibility on the days (ex. Monday – Friday or Tuesday to Saturday etc.). Rotating weekend schedule. Household consists of a couple and their children. There are other staff in the home to include a House manager, housekeepers, nannies, chefs and a groundskeeper. Principal is essentially looking for someone who will be an extension of herself.

Job Duties:

  • Assist the principal with her day to day needs and ensure that things run smoothly
  • Act on her behalf when needed
  • Manage the calendar and ensure that it is updated/ appointments are confirmed
  • Booking travel/appointments, making calls (creating detailed itineraries, making restaurant & hotel reservation, scheduling transportation etc.)
  • Assist in responding to emails and texts
  • Tackle all tasks and projects presented or assigned
  • Place online and in person orders
  • Occasionally attend business meetings with the client
  • Drive when needed
  • All other duties as required

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years experience as a personal assistant working in homes with verifiable references
  • Great communication skills. Strong command of the English language both written and verbal
  • Organized and professional
  • Adaptable and flexible.
  • Take initiative. Problem solver. Critical thinking skills
  • Great personality, friendly

Compensation & Benefits: $90k to $100k per year, PTO, Health Insurance, 401k
