JOB SUMMARY:
JOB SUMMARY:
- As an RN Case Manager, candidate should possess the ability to manage patient care and provide services that requires substantial, specialized bedside nursing skills for symptom management, crisis intervention and family education.
- In addition to excellent written/verbal communication, problem solving, and decision-making abilities, the candidate should demonstrate experience with developing and maintaining rapport with patients and families, and the ability to work well with an interdisciplinary team.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
- Currently licensed to practice nursing by the Virginia State Board of Nursing,
- Two years’ experience in acute care, home health, hospice, med/surg or geriatric nursing
- Current Virginia driver’s license and driving record that meets the standards set forth in current policies.
- BLS
- Virginia State/Compact License Allowed
