PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Requires extensive sitting with periodic standing and walking
  • May be required to lift up to 20 pounds
  • Requires significant use of personal computer, phone and general office equipment
  • Needs adequate visual acuity, ability to grasp and handle objects
  • Needs ability to communicate effectively through reading, writing, and speaking in person or on telephone
  • May require off-site travel

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES/DEGREES

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human services, public administration or health related field required or with previous experience must obtain a Bachelor's Degree within 18 months of hire.
  • Current Oregon driver’s license and auto insurance
  • American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) required at time of hire
  • employees and volunteers are required by the Oregon Department of Human Services to complete an Abuse Report History form and authorization
  • Experience in health or social nonprofit organizations preferred
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • entry-level position.

EXPERIENCE

  • Management experience in non-profit, social services, health care or equivalent related field
  • Requires successful background in team leadership, fund development, grant writing and management, fiscal oversight, coalition building and community relations, preferably in a community-based agency providing direct services

CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

  • BLS (AHA)

STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS

  • Oregon

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $76,000.00 - $109,000.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • team leadership, fund development, grant writing: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Management in non-profit, social services, health care: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • BLS Certification (Preferred)
  • Master’s degree preferred (Preferred)
