Offering a Signing Bonus for a Skilled Periodontal Assistant to join our Westerly Dental group Team! This is a Part Time position on Wednesdays

About you:

You are an experienced, skilled Periodontal Assistant looking for growth and advancement. You can easily prepare an operatory room for your patients and you provide support to dentists, surgeons, and other team members. You’re motivated by helping your patients develop and maintain good oral health. You’re a team player, eager to learn, and excited for a new opportunity!

Your Strengths:

· Assist in the performance of both routine and more complicated surgical procedures

· Assist in updating and maintaining client dental records

· Ensure all operatories are equipped with the necessary tools

· Sterilize dental instruments and tools

· Prevent the spread of infection and disease by maintaining a surgically clean work environment

Your Skills & Experience:

· 1+ years of experience as a Periodontal Assistant

· Comprehensive understanding of dental instruments

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Strong knowledge of computer programs

· CPR/First Aid certified

· Radiology certified

Job Type: Part-time

Schedule:

• Day shift
• No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Westerly, RI 02891: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• Dental assisting: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• X-Ray Certification (Preferred)
