Role : PEGA Developer with CDH

Location : Day 1 On-Site at Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.

Taxes Terms : C2C

Duration : Long Term

Experience Needed : 6 to 8 Years

Experience & Qualifications required:

· Design and Develop web applications and web services using software’s like (PEGA) PRPC.

· Having 2 Years of Experience in CDH (Customer Decision Hub).

· 6.1 SP2 or higher, Pega CSHC (Formerly known as Pega CPMHC), Java, HTML, JavaScript, ASP.Net, XML, SQL, Visual Studio.Net.

· Responsible for Development and Maintenance of Pega Application & Interfaces.

· Update and Maintain documents that includes guardrails and best practices by implementing necessary policies and also train others in the critical success factors of the policy.

· Assist with troubleshooting and debugging of Pega applications to clearly identify root cause of production level architecture issues and make practical suggestions with proof-based technical reasoning

· Configure Web applications with Avaya/Genesys Telecom solution using PegaCall CTI

(Computer Telephony Integration) software to implement Screen-pop Functionality for Anthem Call Centers.

· As a PEGA PRPC Developer you will be responsible for design, development, and support of a PEGA PRPC based applications as specified by our business partners

• Develop custom applications and update documentation including architecture

Diagrams and solution design documents; identify shared/reusable Components/objects and patterns to drive consistent Robotic Process Automation development design efforts Conduct code reviews with peers to ensure each increment adheres to original version as designed for the user or Process Definition Document to ensure highest quality standards.

· Developing new features and problem identification and resolution.

· The person in this role will be expected to demonstrate technical leadership in the selection of technologies, tools and designs in the evolution of the platform.

· Preferable to have Certification in V8.
