JOB DESCRIPTION

Title: PCAP Program Manager

Group: K, Manager Supervisor

Supervised by: Clinical Director

Starting Wage: $54,080.00 ($26 hourly). Exempt.


Purpose: Deliver services and complete tasks that require advanced skills. Requires complex decision making and prioritization skills that are multifaceted with broad program implications. Responsible for supervision of typically 1 – 4 FTE’s, training and oversight regarding the work of others in multiple service delivery areas. Provides leadership in all facets of organization culture and competency expectations through the use of example and creation of and use of quality assurance practices. Establishes and maintains moderately complex external partnerships.


Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve high-risk pregnant and parenting women and men with alcohol and/or drug abuse disorders and their families
  • Fulfill all responsibilities according to contract and protocol requirements
  • Clinically supervise Parent Child Assistance Program Staff and maintain standards for all quality assurance improvement, training and evaluation activities
  • Supervise all aspects of site data collection, storage and transmission
  • Maintain a collaborative network and recruit client referrals community health and social service providers
  • Maintain engagement, enrollment and retention standards
  • Demonstrate proficiency in administration of required evaluation forms, coordinate and monitor process and site and outcome data collection and report writing
  • Establish and maintain contract model fidelity including training, apprenticeship, and ongoing supervision of the recovery support program staff
  • Maintain a leadership profile in the community as representative of the recovery support programs to promote health and well-being of population served, improve services and resolve service barriers
  • Provide administrative leadership in the office as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 4-year Bachelor’s degree in field related to program goals; Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling or a related field preferred or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum five years professional experience working with high-risk populations
  • Minimum of three years professional experience in the area of substance abuse and pregnancy, including research and direct patient contact
  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal verbal communication skills, public speaking and writing ability
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Must pass a criminal background check. May require disclosure of Washington State Patrol criminal identification records (WAC 388-06-0170 & RCW 43.43.832)
