RADAR Nonprofit Solutions has an immediate need for a Payroll Associate to join our team. Responsibilities of this position include processing payroll for assigned clients. This position will report to a CFO Client Consultant.

The primary responsibilities for this position are as follows:

Payroll

• Processes client payroll observing all employee agreements, union, and contractual requirements
• Pays payroll taxes and benefit-related payments
• Prepares union and related reports and remits payments
• Prepares W2s and other tax documents and reconciliations
• Reviews payroll runs prepared by other associates to ensure accuracy
• Manages Payroll email account(s)
• ACA Compliance and Reporting
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis

Other duties

• Special projects as assigned

Skills and Education:

• Ability and willingness to learn new systems and skills
• Ability to meet deadlines while handling multiple priorities
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Computer literacy in Office Windows environment including proficiency with Excel
• Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience preferred
• Degree in accounting or similar area of emphasis or equivalent work experience preferred
