We are seeking ideal candidates who can maintain our reputable brand of exceptional service, by providing bespoke luxury service, while enforcing the rules & regulations of the property. Our ideal candidate has prior experience in the security, hospitality, and/or residential services field, and is comfortable communicating and developing rapport with residents, guests, and the team. The following are skills required for the position - the ability to follow strict professional service standards, understanding the value of teamwork and communication, and the ability to establish a genuine interest with residents, as well as provide anticipatory service.

Role and Responsibilities

· Morning/Afternoon/Night/Graveyard shifts available.

· Providing Safety and Security to the property, with a positive attitude and willingness to help.

· Upholding client satisfaction by carrying the ability to problem solve, as well as uphold quality.

· Perform property tours, detailed report writing, and uphold strong communication levels with PSI Security & Investigations management and on-site property management.

· Respond to any emergency situations at site and have the flexibility to cover for disaster situations.

· Collaborate in a positive work environment.

· Maintain property quality, including reporting maintenance concerns, or simply picking up litter from the floor.

· Perform proper shift pass-ons to relieving Officer and Supervisor

Qualifications:

· Professional, articulate, and able to use discretion with empowerment.

· Strong communication skills.

· Responsible, and dependable.

· Team player and ability to uphold PSI Security and Investigations principles and procedures.

· Ability to prioritize and respond swiftly to operational needs.

· Ability to work weekends.

· Bilingual preferred.

· Prior Security experience preferred.

· Hospitality and Residential Services experience preferred.

· Current and active D License.
