Shifts: 1st shift 6:00am-2:00pm, 2nd shift 2:00pm-10:00pm or 3rd shift 10:00pm-6:00am

Job Description

• Assist residents to meet their daily needs, including personal care and meal assistance
• Respond to resident calls and needs promptly with a smile and positive attitude
• Report changes in condition to nursing staff, ensure proper documentation as needed
• Serve as an advocate for your residents and a leader for your team
• Be knowledgeable in the survey process and best practices

Qualification

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to become Certified Nursing Assistant after 4 months of hire date
