The Le Chocolat du Bakery Location is seeking a full-time or part-time production pastry cook. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year professional baking and pastry experience and a Food Safety and Sanitation license.

We are looking for someone who has knowledge of ingredients and how to use them. Who is creative, reliable, and well organized.

Some customer service and interaction is required.

The position is hourly and flexibility as needed Tuesday through Saturday.

Pastry Cook Responsibilities and skills:

  • Mixing, preparing and baking cakes, cookies, tarts, custards,mousses, buttercreams and other specialized pastries
  • Creativity to develop and design new products
  • Great work ethic and goal- oriented
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to read and follow recipes
  • Must adhere to all health and safety regulations
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50lbs
