• Oversees and is responsible for the daily operation of the wholesales department, including, but not limited to: wholesale personnel’s conduct, productivity and professionalism when interacting with wholesale accounts and fellow personnel
• Ensure wholesale accounts are receiving a prompt, courteous and professional level of service from wholesale personnel
• Solicit new business opportunities via direct mailings, phone sales, and in-person sales calls
• Build strong positive relationships with current wholesale accounts
• Assist the parts manager in the hiring and disciplinary actions pertaining to wholesale staffing
• Takes and fills wholesale parts orders in person or via telephone
• Ensures proper billing for part sold
• Follows up with charge customers when payments are due
• Keeps a level of security for parts inventory
• Assists in keeping inventory orderly
• Maintains a clean and safe work area

• High School Diploma or equivalent and prior auto parts sales experience (preferred)
• Eager to improve in a dynamic work environment
• Strong interpersonal and time management skills
• Ability to read/interpret safety and maintenance documents
• Ability to calculate figures/amounts including; discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, %, area, circumference, and volume
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
