Hamilton Power Solutions has a great opportunity for a Parts Specialist to join our team in Vancouver, WA. The Parts Specialist will answer customers' technical questions, be the liaison between sales, vendors, and customers, and use Salesforce CRM to engage and manage customer orders.

Hamilton Power Solutions is an independent, growing industrial diesel engine distributor, representing Deutz and Isuzu in the Pacific Northwest, Scania and Isuzu in the Midwest and Northern Great Plains, and Isuzu in the Southwest. With locations in Portland, OR, Madison, WI, Phoenix, AZ and now expanding into Washington, we offer diesel engines, parts, and service to markets from the heart of the Midwestern agriculture businesses to the frontiers of Alaskan mining, forestry & marine markets, and everything in between.

The Parts Specialist will be the liaison between the sales team, vendors, and outside customers. This position will utilize multiple software systems to enter customer quotes and orders as well as vendor orders.

• Do you have experience using Salesforce or another CRM?
• Do you have a positive attitude and like to have fun at work?
• Do you have engine and/or off-highway experience (preferred but not required)?
• Do you have an associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales or Communication (degree preferred but not required)?

Hamilton Power Solutions is open Monday through Friday during 1st shift hours- no evenings or weekends! Regular attendance is required to fulfill these job duties.
