While it takes great people to serve our customers from the inside, our family-owned NAPA Auto Parts relies on our Parts Specialist to keep our stores running smoothly and efficiently! We’re looking for a hard-working individual with a desire to help our family-owned store grow. Being a part of our fast paced and energetic team will provide you with the necessary experience for your future, and the best part is no prior experience is needed!

So, sit back, turn up the radio, and help our local store deliver exceptional auto parts to the beloved customers in our community!

What you’ll be doing:

• Customer focus as you assist them in their questions and needs
• Helping team members when working with customers
• Using inventory, catalogue, and POS systems
• Learning about the always changing world of automotive
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude as well as professional conduct

What you’ll need:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and grow
• Positive attitude and professional conduct
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Organization in handling cash transactions, returns, and tracking systems properly
• 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
