Parts Associate Responsibilities:
- Ensure parts are inventoried per set guidelines
- Work with Service Department and other departments to ensure all parts are obtained in a timely manner
- Ensure all warranty parts are properly retained and returned to the manufacturer as required
- Handle customer complaints reasonably and timely, showing empathy and a positive attitude, demonstrate our commitment to superior customer experience.
- Connect and develop relationships with our customers.
Parts Associate Requirements:
- Motorcycle Parts experience (preferably Harley Davidson dealership experience
- Experience the retail/powersports/motorcycle service industry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passionate motorcycle rider preferred
