The PARTS ADMINISTRATOR will be responsible for processing parts quotes and sales and growing Parts Sales for Northern California, Northern & Southern Nevada, and Hawaii / Guam territories.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain existing strategies and protocols as well as create and expand new business specific to Norman Wright’s Parts Sales
  • Assist with parts identification and developing new quotes
  • Provide sales, order entry, order tracking and warranties to customers with expedited responses for all customer requests.
  • Maintain database information on existing platforms
  • Resolve order problems by doing research to clarify customer requests and needs along with selecting appropriate information to answer questions

JOB REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS

  • Organized with strong time management and planning skills
  • Proven customer service acumen with exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
  • Team oriented, dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Creative thinker who is proficient in all MS Office applications
  • 3-5 years HVAC parts sales experience and outside sales experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • High school graduate a must; prefers at least two years of college
  • Office Experience preferred.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time
  • This position may require occasional moving inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
  • May require constant operation of a computer and other office equipment such as a calculator, copy machine, phone and computer printer
  • This position may require constant moving of hands/fingers
  • This position may require occasional lifting, standing, bending and stooping

Pay: $57,059.00 - $63,082.00 per year
