Senior Staff Accountant - Part-Time:
One Fat Frog Food Trucks & Trailers is seeking a part-time Senior Staff Accountant to support our operations in Orlando, FL. You are a pivotal member to our team, ensuring that the company is running smoothly, and efficiently.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Reconcile bank statements & balance sheets
- Prepare & analyze monthly financial statements by deadline
- Ensure timely & accurate billing for equipment & services
- Ensure timely & accurate payments for materials
- Manage fixed assets & keep depreciation schedules updated monthly
- Prepare and assure accuracy of annual property tax returns
- Completes end-of-day closing
- Completes end-of-month closing
- Able to generate sales tax total
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum two years in an accounting environment;
- Bachelor's preferred, but not required. CPA not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Cost Accounting and Manufacturing experience is a major plus!
- EXPERT in use of PC and Excel;
