Job description
We are looking for a part-time Receptionist to join our team! Preferred candidates are skilled listeners who are people-oriented, patient and organized. Experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred. Successful candidates are helpful by nature, and take pride in providing excellent customer service.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage a multi-line phone system and direct callers to the proper department, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold
- Communicate with customers and staff in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
- Display a high level of professionalism while answering phones and greeting customers as they arrive
- Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer unsatisfied customers to the appropriate associate for resolution
- Support management with various clerical duties, as needed
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous customer service or receptionist experience is preferred
- Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen
Additional Details:
- Compensation starts at $13.85 per hour
- Shifts: Monday – Friday 3PM – 8PM, 8AM – 6PM every other Saturday
