Property management company seeking part-time on-site maintenance personnel. We are a small, family-owned business with an interesting and flexible work environment. Reply with resume.

Duties will include, but are not limited to the following:

Building maintenance, light janitorial and repair
Grounds maintenance, landscaping, and repair
Pool maintenance
Preventative maintenance
Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:

Must be available for on-call emergencies
Must be able to lift 50 pounds
Must be able to work outdoors
Must be willing to work independently
Must maintain a professional appearance, manner and approach while on duty
Good interpersonal communication skills
Self-motivated, dependable, punctual, and a positive attitude
Able to plan, organize, and prioritize projects and time
Reimbursement available for personal vehicle and tool use
Must be able to pass a background check
English-Speaking

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
