JOB OBJECTIVE:
Assists with quantity food preparation and assembly of food in any area of the kitchen. Responsible for portioning and serving meals to students/staff in a quick and pleasant manner. Assists with the daily cleaning of the production kitchen and all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions are met. May be responsible for inventory maintenance activity. Works as a member of the team with all kitchen staff. Advises the Director of all needs for the maintenance, repair, replacement or general condition of equipment or utensils used by the kitchen staff. Reports any spoilage to the Director. Reports any/all safety condition concerns to the Director immediately.
