Our Groundskeepers perform general grounds maintenance and landscaping tasks; conduct minor repairs on grounds equipment; safely operate heavy machinery (forklift, tractor, mower, large trucks, etc.); remove snow/ice in the winter months; and complete other grounds-related tasks on Kirtland campuses.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED
- Up to one year of related groundskeeping experience, or combination of education and experience commensurate with the requirements of this position.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment.
- Ability to complete minor repairs on mechanical equipment.
- Ability to work independently to perform assigned duties.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $12.83 - $16.37 per hour
